It includes many unique features such as intelligent installing of the .Net CF .cab file, ability to "resume" installing after a .cab file has soft-reset the device, restore registry entries, add background image and user license agreement, multi-lingual, create shortcuts, support for all screen sizes, etc.

What's new in this version: New improved UI and Desktop Installer, now includes Smartphone and Windows CE compatibility.
