DirectXLS allows you to write Excel files (.xls) within seconds directly onto a hard drive even without Excel installation. DirectXLS is a DLL with C++ classes, helper functions and C# wrappers for them which you can include into your own software product and distribute along with it. High performance (more than 10 thousand cells could be written for less then two seconds). Main formatting features of Excel are supported including tables, fonts, colors. All formulas (logical, financial,... all other) and their syntax (in English only). Excel97, 2000, 2003, XP, 2007. DirectXLS can be used in Visual C++ projects. It does not require any kind of installation on a computer.
