free online web application for creating and testing custom cursors and icons.
Pick a color from the color circle or from the grid with the colored squares.
Draw transparent by clicking the pencil with the checks at the tip.
Draw with a thick or thin line by clicking on pencil
Use the Stamps to build up patterns on the drawing grid.
Set Hotspot (The part of the cursor that you click with) between 1and 32.
Upload an image to use as a Cursor (jpeg or png only). The image will automatically be resized.
Test the Cursor by clicking on the Test button and moving it around in the Test Zone Panel.
Download the cursor in Cursor file format or as a Desktop icon.

Requirements: Internet Explorer / Firefox / Microsoft Silverlight Plugin
