SpamButcher is an advanced anti-spam filter. Its spam blocker can stop 98% of spam.

Every few minutes the anti-spam software checks for new messages in your inbox. If it finds any unwanted email, it's moved to a holding area for your later examination.

It exhaustively examines the text of each message, where it originated from and other information within the email. SpamButcher even takes into account common tricks used by spammers to sneak past other spam filtering systems.

SpamButcher's email filter uses a fuzzy logic expert system to determine which messages are spam, and which aren't.

SpamButcher can optionally send you scheduled reports of blocked spam via email. With supported email clients, inadvertently filtered messages can be restored directly from the reports.

SpamButcher will work as a spam stopper for Windows users whose mail accounts are accessible via the POP3 protocol. This includes most non-web-based mail accounts.

SpamButcher does not work with AOL or Hotmail accounts.
