InstallAnywhere 8 allows you to reflect a more accurate installation progression on the progress bar by accounting for the progress of individual custom code actions.

· Service Layer Integration
InstallAnywhere 8 contains a new services layer that adds a rich suite of APIs for use with custom code actions.

The InstallAnywhere installer bundles Java 1.5 by default for all platforms. Any Java virtual machine can be bundled with an installer ensuring that the target system meets the minimum requirements for both the installers and your applications.
