LanShutDown is a useful tool for network admins who wish to have greater control on their LAN network. This tool lets you remotely shutdown an individual PC on the network or to reboot it if it's having trouble. This is useful when performance technical support on the network from another part of the building or elsewhere. Create a system network message that will appear on the computer before it is to be shutdown or rebooted so a user has a chance to save their work before the system takes the necessary action. Can control the network actions via the command line or a bat executable script. Tested on Windows 2000 and XP.
