BluetoothView is a communication utility that can access Bluetooth devices locally to see which ones are viewable. The software displays a list of all active devices with Bluetooth turned on. The information shown includes the Bluetooth device name, Bluetooth address, major device type, minor device type, most recent time located, and more. The software also confirms how many Bluetooth devices have been located locally without needing to count them. The software is capable of notifying the user when a new Bluetooth device comes into range by using a balloon displayed near the taskbar or playing a system sound.
