Bopup Observer is an instant messenger client which is one way or two way. There is an immediate messenger server which can receive urgent messages to be relayed to staff. This makes this kind of package useful for medical users like clinics and educational centers. Messages can be sent out in an automated fashion in a planned way. Offline messaging is also supported via a chat system. Files can also be transferred and a detailed history can be kept all all file transfers. Messages can include customization of font, colors, links, URLs and text structure with notifications. New messages can come to the sit on top of all other Windows application when received in order to ensure the messages get the attention of the correct person.
