wList is a file management utility that can create a list containing the sub folders of a selected folder (or directory) with the files that are contained within these sub folders too. It is possible to create a list of the contents and save it to the hard drive, a CD/DVD disc or to a USB flash drive. It is also possible to perform some advanced searches on the located files within the wList application itself. Once there are more than one list which has been created then searches can be conducted across multiple created lists which could span numerous top-level folders and each of their sub folders too. List all the pictures, video and audio files separately. Printing can also be handled within the app to show all the sub folders located beneath a given top-level folder. Playlists are also possible for folders that contain audio files for playback; playlists can be saved in the universal m3u8 playlist format.
