Manco Shapefile Editor is a creation utility to help generate KML files and ESRI shapes. Geometry images can be generated. Data can be compiled into viable images and shape files. The software can be used to create maps. An OpenStreetMap provider can be included which can help to generate a reliable street map. Alternatively, a floor plan can be created using a shapefile which includes geographical coordinates to place it in its proper context. Layers can be edited.
