Short description

Kindle for PC is the PC version of the popular Kindle app from Amazon. The software is easy to download and install. When entering a valid Amazon account, the software will add the default classic ebooks that comes with the app and then connect to the respective Amazon account to sync with digital ebook purchases made with Amazon. Digital rights management is included within the Kindle app so it is usually only possible access the ebooks using Kindle itself. Other MOBI formatted books can also be added to the catalog but these lack a book cover in most cases whilst being fully readable. There is a downloadable dictionary and each book can be highlighted and / or bookmarked. It is also possible to see how many people highlighted certain passages within a book. Book previews can also be downloaded to the app and read on a PC before purchase.
