EF Talk Scriber is a both a text editor and an audio player. The idea behind the app is that you can play a podcast or other audio recording and transcribe the recording as you listen to it. There are controls at the bottom of the app to move back and forward through a track to help with backtracking when you need to jump back to catch something that you missed. The editor supports Unicode for more universal output. The audio player can play a variety of different file formats including WAV, MP3, FLAC and OGG/Vorbis. Create keyboard shortcuts for all the major functions of the app. Works in both 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows.
