"Fortune cookie program"

SmartBee is a freeware Windows software developed by Geekcorp that aims to bring joy and laughter to your computer usage experience. One of its main features is the ability to randomly replace your customized email signatures with a new, humorous "cookie" every few minutes. These cookies are analogous to the Chinese fortune cookies you might receive after dining out at a Chinese restaurant, but instead contain jokes, quotes, and other pieces of fun.

SmartBee has a rather basic graphical user interface and allows you to create your own cookies and skins for the application. It comes with a large collection of unique textual pieces of fun, including Murphy's laws, the Devil's Dictionary, myths, jokes, computer mimics, facts, stories, the Hacker Jargon File, and Deep Thoughts. Additionally, you can search for cookies or use the program to automatically create email signatures for most email programs.

SmartBee also has a reminder function that can prompt you to take a break for stretching after hard work. And if you want to access even more cookies, the program can remotely connect to a SmartBee cookie server. You can even use a simple API to create screen savers using the program, with examples included.

Overall, SmartBee is a fun and customizable program that offers a wide range of entertaining and informative content. It's a great choice for anyone looking to add a little levity to their daily computer usage.
