Click on Create a new campaign: placement-targeted. See the image bellow for example:

Name your campaign and ad group. On this screen you can also target your customers by language and location. See the image below for example.

Step 4.

Create an ad. See the image below for a text ad example. You can add multiple ads into one group.

Step 5.

On the next screen click "List URLs", enter download3k.com and click "Get available sites". See the image below for example.

Step 6.

On the next screen, download3k.com is selected as your targeted site. Below it, you can find more sites related to download3k.com . After you make your selection, click continue.

Step 7.

Set pricing, review your campaign and save it.
