"Command line SMPP SMS Sender"
SMPPCli is a short message peer to peer (SMPP) messaging system for Windows. This runs within the command line rather than a graphical user interface so anyone not comfortable with that may wish to try something else instead. The SMPPCli package is easy to learn. Set up a IP address for the SMPP server with a port to use, username, password, who the sender and receiver will be, receiver's phone number and location for the text. The package is restricted to 10 character messages only but is fully functional other than that in the free version; a premium version allows full length messages to be sent.
