For example, if you are working on a project and need to file certain messages to a Sharepoint library, in .pdf portable document format, and need compress and encrypt the message using a standard password, MessageExport can do that with virtually a single click.
You can quickly configure project profiles that contain the project folder location and formatting preferences. When the project is finished, simply delete the profile if you wish.
MessageExport also allows you to mass export and convert email messages and extract file attachments.With MessageExport, you can convert many emails to into a single PDF file. You can also convert many file attachment types as part of the PDF image. MessageExport is now compatible with Symantec Enterprise Vault versions 8 and 9, as well as Microsoft Sharepoint.
