When a PST file gets damaged, MS Outlook cannot recognize it as a valid Outlook file; therefore, starts throwing error messages when Outlook user tries to access his / her emails, contacts, notes, drafts, etc. Error messages like ?Errors have been detected in file 'file_path',? ?Unable to expand the folder,? ?The file could not be repaired therefore cannot be reopened,? etc. indicate corruption in the PST file. Appearance of any of the specified error messages means you have to repair PST otherwise the data stored in it will be lost. Inbox Repair tool, which has been specifically designed to repair PST file facilitates MS Outlook users to fix PST with complete accuracy. Extent of corruption does not matter for Inbox Repair tool. Whether the PST is corrupted majorly or has minor corruptions, the software effectively repairs the PST file. The Outlook PST repair tool quickly scans the damaged PST file and recovers every email items from it. The software is even capable to recover emails that are deleted using SHIFT + DELETE key or by emptying the Deleted Items folder. The Inbox Repair tool displays the recovered deleted items in RED color for their quick identification. Additionally, an option to search required email among thousands of the emails recovered has also been embedded in the software, which simplifies the task of finding specific email. The software also displays preview of recovered email items. Recovered email items can be saved on computer?s hard disk in .pst, .msg, .dbx, or .eml format; therefore, you have freedom to access the recovered email items either with MS Outlook or MS Outlook Express. The fix PST tool supports all versions of MS Outlook, such as 2010, 2007, 2003, 2002, 2000, and 97. A free evaluation version of the software is also available, which displays preview of recovered data but does not allow saving the recovered items. To save recovered items, full version of the software should be purchased.
