If you are a baseball coach and are having trouble keeping track of your teams roster and who played what position when, then this software program may be able to help you out. Baseball Roster Assistant is designed to be a simple roster program. Almost all of the functions you need are on the main screen or in the roster add/edit screen. There is not a lot to learn. Just click add roster and start entering your players names. You can enter a different line-up for each inning in a game. All the standard positions are there from pitcher to right field, to third base, to catcher. Bench positions are included as well. You can enter in baseball players names directly into the positions. Once entered, the name is added to the roster and then will be available via the pull down menu for easier entry of data later. Before each baseball game you can use the report feature to print out your planned roster. After the game you can enter in the score and other information if you like such as the team you played and game date. It is easy to browse through old rosters and games on the front screen as well as see your teams roster. Perhaps the best thing about Baseball Roster software is that its freeware and is free to download and use. Thanks to all you kids baseball coaches. Good luck this year and have fun!
