My Blood Pressure can calculate and print averages for groups of your readings (for example the average of your AM readings in the last 45 days) and the option to set the personal systolic and diastolic levels that signal a high reading (defaults to 120/80).
My Blood Pressure is simple to use and can help you to more effectively manage your blood pressure. When your doctor puts the BP cuff on your arm, he gets a distorted snapshot of your blood pressure. Far better to have a look through a report of relaxed readings taken over days or weeks, which is what a home monitor and My Blood Pressure provides.
