EfficientPIM is an organizer to run your business and personal life in a more efficient manner. The interface bares a passing resemblance to versions of Outlook with tabs down the left side for tasks, calender, events, contacts, diary, and items occurring today. There is a tree above these tabs where contacts are categorized into different groups to help them stay more controlled. Track birthdays, business appointments, to do lists, notes, and passwords to remember. List tasks and sub-tasks to organize multi-step projects. Diary has different viewers for daily versus global views for longer periods of time.
