"Define Color given wavelength or frequency."
WaveLength is a software package in Java that will produce color objects when given an appropriate wave length and frequency of the light to be used with the object. Instead of using a RGB (red, green and blue) measurement or a HSB measurement, light is computed based on the inputted frequency instead. The frequency is measured in nanometers and in gamma which measures the brightness or intensity. Color is also computed based on the wave length which runs in a range from 380 to 780 with smaller numbers appearing more blue. These inputs can be used in Java directly to enter the details and receive color objects in return.
WaveLength Key Features:
- Produce color objects based on light frequency, brightness and wave length
- Programmatically send the information to the Java app and it will produce a color object to match the details
- Requires Java 1.7 or later
- Requires Windows
