"Discover the official name of a Java encoding"
Official Encoding is a simple Java application to help determine the encoding method of any Java programming code that you get your hands on. Just enter the encoding name on the left side text box and click the Convert button. This will then inform the user what the official Windows encoding name is. If the type of Java encoding is not presently supported under Windows then this will become clear at this point. It may also be possible to use this information to research whether there is a way to add additional support within Windows for the missing encoding method that will work with the Windows operating system once added.
