"Display all Java-supported encodings."
Encodings is a Java applet which can work with all types of character set encoding standards such as UTF-8, Big5, GBK, and IBM037. There are scores and scores of different encoding standards listed in the clickable box down the left side of the user interface. Take any content that you wish to encode using one of scores of encoding standards and then let the Java package create the encoding for you. Copy paste the original content into the package and then copy paste or save a file version of the correctly encoded version after that. The package is initially launched from a Java command line entry but then has a simple GUI once the Encoding app is running.
