"SPLICE splices bits of files together"

Splice is a Java tool that is capable of taking text file and splicing part of it into another file. Files can be divided up or they can just be spliced together so they make one larger text file instead. The program can remove a section of a text file. Inserting a new section into an existing text file is optional. A section in a text file can be replaced altogether. A text file can also have more content appended to the end of it too. There are many options for manipulating a text file in various ways without needing to mess around with a full blown text editor, copying and pasting and getting all confused what ended up where which can sometimes result in copying over something by mistake; this tool is a useful alternative to that mess.
