"Recover lost/deleted iPhone data."
Don’t tell me you don’t keep backups of the files and data you have in your iOS device… wait, what? Did you say you don’t? And they just got deleted accidentally? Well, that’s a shame. Lucky for you that the good guys in Aiseesoft created FoneLab, a program that can recover deleted files from iOS devices (even the newest ones) with or without iTunes backups. In fact, you can even preview the files before recovering them.
The installation procedure is straightforward and easy; just select installation language, define installation directory, shortcuts and then wait for the main installation process to finish (it won’t take long). The setup package is 100% clean from spyware, viruses and other malicious items, plus it’s free of advertised software and toolbars.
Supported operating systems are Windows XP (SP2 or later), Vista, 7 and 8. You’re also required to have iTunes 10.7 or later installed.
The modern and easy to use interface gives all users the ability to use it regardless of experience. It’s easy to get used to and doesn’t have complex functions and features. The main window is divided into two parts; the left side, where you can recover data from iOS devices directly, and the right side, from where you can recover data using existing iTunes backups. From the toolbar you can change language, go to the options menu, read the program’s manual or find Aiseesoft on Facebook and Twitter.
There are two ways to bring back data from your iOS device with FoneLab, either by using an existing iTunes backup or directly by connecting the device and letting the program scan for deleted files. Both methods can recover Contacts, Messages, Call History, Calendar, Notes, Reminders, Safari Bookmarks, Camera Rolls, Photo Streams, Message Attachments and Voice Memos. Contacts can be exported as VCF, CSV or HTML file. You can specifically choose which files to recover from those categories (and not everything included in them).
Supported iOS devices are iPhone 5/5s/5s, 4/4s, 3GS, iPad with Retina display, iPad mini, The New iPad, iPad 1/2, iPod Touch 5, iPod Touch 4 and iPod Touch 2.
After scanning your device for deleted data, you can preview the results before proceeding to recover them. So if you want to bring back only certain photos that you can’t recognize by their filename then you can just see their preview and find them, instead of recovering all photos and deleting the useless ones afterwards.
No cons here as the program works perfectly without problems and bugs.
Leawo iOS Data Recovery (paid) is a great solution for recovering lost files from an iOS device. It is very similar to FoneLab since it can recover data from iOS devices with or without iTunes backups, plus it has a nice and modern GUI too. Another program with similar functionality is EaseUS MobiSaver (freemium). A program that can recover data from iTunes backups only is iBackup Extractor (paid).
FoneLab is a powerful software with an awesome design that can really save your skin at crucial times.
