AlwaysMouseWheel changes the fundamental way that the middle mouse wheel functions on Windows mouse devices. Instead of working only with the windows that is in focus, this Windows app can access background windows and scroll up or down within this application as well. There are also some command functions. The Alt and left mouse button can help to move a window around the desktop. The Alt and right mouse button will change the windows size to one more suitable. Moving the mouse wheel when over the taskbar adjusts the volume control. This app can also be used to bring windows the foreground without needing to click on them.
