"The world's fastest hashing app."
Checksum is a useful checksum utility that can create or verify SHA1, MD5, BLAKE2Â hash checksums. A checksum is a robust way of creating a piece of information that matches the file, which can then be checked again later when the file has been transferred to a different storage medium. The utility can simply check a file or files and create a checksum hash value for it. If this matches the same test upon delivery of the file(s), then the file appears not to be corrupted. This app is freeware which makes it a no-brainer to use it to check your files so that you don't find that they were damaged during transfer and after you deleted the originals.
