Screen Ruler 2D is a digital ruler that is capable of measuring both horizontally and vertically. The corner of the ruler also picks up the colors below which is useful for programmers who want to know the correct color being used so they can replicate that. There is a window information panel that provides a run down on the window below the ruler. The ruler is transparent in order to be able to see what is below it. Scalable guides are present on the ruler to help line things up correctly. The ruler can also be shrunk or expanded to suit what it needs to measure or fit into. A magnifier is also present.
