"Modern music player and library organizer."

Clementine is quite an impressive multiplatform music player; inspired by Amarok, it offers seamless navigation through the user interface and a comprehensive range of music choices. With Clementine, you will never get bored listening to one and the same music, or the same radio stations with boring and tiresome advertisements. Clementine features a music player and a library organizer for a faster search and playback of your music files and listening to your favorite radio stations.

Clementine installs and uninstalls politely; the pack does not contain any bundled software, toolbars, or adware. The program is compatible with Windows, Mac OS X and Linux, as well as Android devices, with Clementine remote application which allows you to remotely control your desktop Clementine.

Clementine features a simple and clean-cut interface, modern, easy to navigate and customizable. Users can choose to add their own images as the background for Clementine, as well as customize font colors. Even though Clementine has many features and options to organize and play your music, as well as stream online radio stations and stream music from your SkyDrive, GoogleDrive or Dropbox accounts, navigating and finding the right features is painless and fun. Even novice users will feel at home with Clementine’s intuitive interface.

It might be easier to say what Clementine cannot do as a music player and library organizer; its features are extensive and omnidirectional, providing a fantastic user experience and an unlimited access to live music streaming. You can search and play your local music, or listen to Internet radio from a large number of radio stations from Spotify to Jamendo, Jazz Radio and SomaFM and many more. You can also listen to the music you have uploaded to your Dropbox, SkyDrive, GoogleDrive and Ubuntu One. Creating playlists is easy, and you can customize them, create dynamic playlists, as well as import or export M3U, XSPF, PLS and ASX playlists.

Clementine supports playing audio CDs, as well as displaying lyrics and artists information and photos, and tagging MP3 and OGG files to organize your music library. It can transcode music into MP3, FLAC and AAC, as well as several more popular formats. With Clementine, you can download podcasts, missing album covers, missing tags and more. It can create queues and copy music to a USB player, iPod and iPhone. You can control Clementine using your Android device, a Wii remote, command line or MPRIS.

Clementine is a comprehensive, lightweight and fast music player that supports cross platform devices – Windows, Mac OS and Linux. It did not crash, stop, freeze or overload the system during our test. In addition, it doesn't have any adware and bundles and comes free of charge. The interface is friendly, beautiful and modern, which is good for novice users, but as well smart and powerful which will appeal to advanced users.

Nothing that we can point our finger at.

PotPlayer, Light Alloy, VLC Media Player, WinAMP, AIMP and Songbird, but truth be told Clementine is the finest of them in terms of music playback.

Clementine is a beautiful, modern, comprehensive cross-platform music player and library organizer for Windows, Mac OS and Linux; it boasts of a comprehensive support for numerous online radio stations, file formats, cloud storages and offers remote control application for Android. It is simple, and fun to use, and we recommend it as one of the finest music players.
