You can give verbal commands to co-pilot, and see them executed

You can go through the checklist interactively, like real pilots do.

You can also interact with FS bult-in ATC by voice. This is a serious alternative to VoxATC.

Requirements: Pentium III or AMD Athlon 1 GHZ CPU. 512 MB RAM, sound card, headset with microphone
