Once the installation is complete, user is required to perform a simple sign up procedure with email and password submission. Once this is done, and the icon appears on your desktop, you can then launch it to open a browser web page with CRM platform. The GUI is intuitive, yet comprehensive and may be somewhat overwhelming for novice users. Nonetheless, if you wish to optimize productivity and efficiency, you will learn rather quickly how to navigate the program. The interface’s blue color scheme is highly official and leaves little to distraction. Features and functions are straightforward. Overall, GUI is attractive and suggests a small learning curve.

This is not a Con per se, but since the free edition is web based, we thought maybe there could be a way to avoid installation and only sign up and login via browser. Other than the purely technically based doubt, we could not identify any Con.
