Jitbit SaaS Help Desk is a support system that is deployed over the internet as a web app. Create support tickets, track progress on outstanding tickets, see how tickets have been resolved and more. Multi-lingual interface. Allows for files to be attached to submitted tickets. Check the tickets, review the knowledge base of previous answers to help users and reduce the number of support tickets generated by customers, view reports and access the administrative options. Individual tickets are marked clearly when they have been updated and also when the ticket is considered new on the system. The layout is very clean and easy to view without getting confused at all. Very affordable package for businesses.
