Hardware Asset Tracker is an organization tool programmed to help manage and track hardware and technology assets such as laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, storage servers, add-in cards, memory, keyboards, and other peripherals. The software is made to be simple to use and easy to learn. Entering new data and browsing through current hardware assets is straightforward and basic. The program tracks important data such as warranty info, the email and phone of the user, current location, buy price and date purchased, supplier, and detailed notes and performance history. Some of the program can be customized. For example, you can change the name of the data fields to more accurately conform to your inventory requirements. You can also create custom reports sorted by and including whatever data you choose. An image can also be recorded for each asset allowing you to visually recognize the asset later and also helping for quick browsing through your inventory. Help, search, copy, delete, printing reports, exporting of data are all features of the software. This application is free to use and download with no feature limits or time restrictions.
