"JDisplay displays colorised program listings."
JDisplay is a Java program which can display the properties associated with MFT, XML, INI, CSV, BAT, SQL, HTML or Java files. Files property associations can be altered by changing the color, font, font sizes and font weightings (bold, italics, regular) for the lines displayed. Essentially the program is capable of taking a batch of code shown in a text file and then color highlighting the syntax code using the colors assigned. This can then be saved and used for online coding tutorials and other places where syntax highlighting is useful in order to show the differences between one coding language and another all on the same page. Can be used as a Java applet, for CSS styling of HTML code inside an iFrame or simply inline within a batch of HTML to make something stand out on the page more.
JDisplay Key Features:
- Take in files and adjust the colors, font, font type and font weighting for nicer display and readability
- Split out different coding languages so it is visually easier to tell them apart
- Use as a Java applet, for CSS-like color styling or HTML code color inserts for readability
