Depeche View Lite is a file viewer and editor for source code, text analysis and other ASCII based files. There is a directory tree included to help navigate around systems and locate the files that are needed. The file management has been optimized to minimize the number of mouse clicks, searches and drag and drop motions that will be required to access just the files that you want to work with. The search function is particularly powerful in this regard and compliments the drag and drop interface. The package runs on Windows; it can run as a portable version as well on a USB thumb drive. It is also apparently usable on a Mac and on Linux using the WINE application layer to run native Windows apps.
