Batch Rename .EXE 1.0.82 Publisher's description
Tired of renaming your files by hand? This wizard makes the busywork that invariably comes with downloading and managing media files disappear. Run your file list through an extensive array of filename filters to ensure your files are labeled and organized exactly how you want them. Rename files using filters to add prefixes, suffixes, remove spaces, and change capitalization, insert formatted dates and identification numbers. Use the replace feature to correct and edit collective naming errors, or unwanted tagging. If your working with MP3 files enjoy build-in Tag Reading support to extract track number, artist and album information to use in the filename. If you're looking for more advanced functionality such as complex file naming and conditional renaming operations; the advanced scripting engine gives you the full power of VBScript to manipulate your files name, folder and extension. Version 1.0.51 introduces several new features and improvements. Including optional serial number settings such as starting number and interval. The ability to save and load your rename settings as needed. Improved 'select files' dialog and better 'preview' comparison before committing to file rename changes.
MP3 Tag reading features, and New File info such as the file creation date and file size.
