Image SXM is a version of the public domain image analysis software NIH Image that has been extended to handle the loading, display and analysis of scanning microscope images. What's new in this version: New 'Microcirculation Analysis' item calculates the flow speed of blood cells in videos.
New 'Cornea Cell Analysis' item calculates the size distribution of corneal cells.
'Skeletonize' command now changes to 'Prune Skeleton' if the option key is pressed.
Macro command 'PruneSkeleton' added.
'Show Histogram' changes to 'Show Smoothed Histogram' if the shift key is pressed.
Omicron Matrix SPM images would sometimes display with a LUT using less than 256 shades of grey.
'Cell Analysis' renamed 'MIASMA'.
