However, the more advanced the graphical software was getting the more was its cost, resulting in situation when an average individual or a small business becomes virtually cut off the latest graphics production technologies due to the high prices.
Looking at human creativity as an engine of modern graphical design, the situation seems unfair. There are actually many great amateur graphics artists out there who have all that it takes to create vivid computer graphics except for expensive software packages.
