Video to GIF Converter is a powerful tool to convert video file to animated GIF file and enables you to add over 50 effects to the GIF file. It provides a built-in player that allows you to select the section as you view the clip. You can use this software to convert selected part or convert a single video file. It comes with fast speed and supports a lot of popular movie formats, such as AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2 (NTSC/PAL options for DVD, VCD, SVCD), WMV, ASF and Quick Time formats. The interface is very user-friendly and easy-to-use.

It is able to add these effects to the GIF file: Add Text, Add Image, Adjust Brightness, Adjust RGB, Adjust Contrast, Adjust Equalize, Adjust Gamma, Adjust Saturation, Adjust Temperature, Adjust Threshold, Auto Contrast, Auto Levels, Grayscale, Invert, Hue, Posterize, Flip, Perspective, Skew, Shift, Rotate, Resample, Zoom, Mirror, Blur, Blur - Gaussian Blur, Blur - Motion Blur, Sharpen, Mosaic, Noise, Diffuse, Emboss, Minimal, Maximal, Draw Line, Draw Rectangle, Draw Ellipse, DrawInv Rectangle, DrawInv Ellipse, Draw Border, Draw Movable Object, Twirl, Sphere, Cylinder, Filter Prewitt, Filter Scharr, Filter Sobel, Filter SobelExt, Filter Roberts, Filter Laplace, Filter Hipass, Filter Lowpass, Filter Blur, Filter Canny.

Video to GIF Converter supports the following video formats:
AVI: Standard AVI (uncompressed), MPEG4, DivX, XviD and more, it depends on the codec installed on your computer.
MPEG: Custom MPEG1, MPEG2 format and NTSC VCD, NTSC SVCD, NTSC DVD, PAL VCD, PAL SVCD, PAL DVD.
WMV/ASF: WMV, ASF, ASX and all Windows Media Video formats.
Quick Time: Quick Time Video formats.

Minimum requirements:
1) Windows 95/98/ME or Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP/2003.
2) About 20 MB of disk space for installation. According to the video files, it needs more disk space for proper working.
3) 586 CPU or higher (Strongly Recommend PIII 1G or higher).
4) 128 MB RAM or more.

Requirements: About 10 MB of disk space.
