Kernel for Outlook Duplicates is an ideal solution to remove duplicate contacts and other emails & email items from MS Outlook mailboxes or .PST files. Duplicate entries in the Outlook account do nothing just add up to the size of PST file and waste a lot of vital space thereby consuming time for performing certain functions, This results in slow Outlook performances and there is fear of reaching 2 GB file size limitation too.

Outlook Duplicates Remover detects duplicates on different parameters, which are chosen by the user. Software considers email items having similar text, subject, sender email, sender name, receiver name, internet header, date and time of sending, as duplicates. User can remove duplicate emails and contacts from many mailbox folders at a time. There is a provision of creating, importing and exporting tasks for detecting and removing Outlook duplicate entries on the same parameters. User can perform various actions on duplicate entries. User can delete these entries permanently, mark them expired, move them to ?Deleted Items? folder, mark read and flagged, copy them to sub-folder or move them to sub folder.

Duplicate result depicting similar number of duplicate entries can be saved in either .CSV or .HTML format. Duplicates Contacts Remover is supportive to MS Outlook 2000 and above versions .PST files.
