"Callisto" is freely distributed program for analyzing and processing of dataobtained by atomic-force microscopes.The program is based on effective algorithms of correction of specific image distortions."Callisto" allows to work with the data recorded in .spm format.Support of Veeco/DI (NanoScope III, NanoScope IV) and NT-MDT file types.

This application uses all modern facilities of Windows 2000/XP,Clipboard, Float toolbars, Colour palette and others.

The basic concept of Callisto is 2D and 3D presentation of the surface using a variety of instruments allowed to eliminate specific image distortions. Open GL based engine provides high quality and high speed transformations. Enjoy the colour palette to present your data in the best way.

Researchers can use a lot of facilities and processing methods offered:
1.Variety of convolution filters.
2.Standard and User made Fourier ("intellectual") filters.
3.Profiles.
6.Special operations such as median lines correction and surface flatting.

This list is by no means complete and will undergo replenishment in the future. At present n-Surf is constantly under development. Therefore there is always a room to implement specific suggestions of its customers.

The opportunities of the program are constantly increased.
