Setting up any of the IVR systems below is now fast and straightforward using the Interactive Voice Guide software.

Get started in minutes using one of the many supplied demonstration templates. Quickly modify the details to suit your own requirements thanks to Interactive Voice Guide's Graphical Script Writing Interface. Incoming call data is logged in MS Access format, allowing information to be used by your other MS Office utilities.

The intuitive Graphical System Designer can create your system in a matter of minutes, and the rich functionality and the ease with which Interactive Voice Guide can be customized provides you with the means of creating the system you want.

Interactive Voice Guide is fully TAPI compliant, and can work with a wide variety of voice modems and telephony cards (e.g. Dialogic).

Requirements: TAPI compliant voice modem or telephony card

What's new in this version: VG Dialer now supports Answering machine detection (when using Dialogic cards). Database module can now integrate with many more databases, including ODBC and ISAM sources.
