dbForge for MySQL, Express Edition provides basic functionality for working with schema objects, user accounts, and SQL scripts. Express Edition is free!
dbForge Studio for MySQL is a standalone application that runs with .NET Framework 1.1 or 2.0. dbForge Studio for MySQL supports all features of MySQL server versions 3.2.3 and higher.
