Professional invoicing software to manage client accounts, quotes, orders, create invoices, and apply payments. Features a web access console so multiple users can create invoices, reports and apply payments from their web browser. Express Invoice allows you to create re-occurring invoices for ongoing services and link to credit card gateways to easily process payments for goods and services. Express Invoice also includes a number of standard reports such as unpaid accounts, payments, sales person, accounting reports and more.

Express Invoice Features:
* Send invoices by email or fax directly from the application.
* Multiple users can connect to the data file to create invoices, reports and apply payments from a simple web browser.
* MAPI or SMTP email send settings include Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
* Includes standard reports such as accounting, sales person, unpaid invoices and more.
* Allows you to set up to three tax rates to select from when creating invoices.
* Regional format settings include currency symbol, decimal point display and paper size.
* Automatically send statements to customers with overdue payments.
* Configure the layout of invoices including the invoice title, alignment, font size and foot comment.
