Excel spreadsheet to schedule multiple daily jobs for 100 employees and 1,000 jobs for 1,000 time increments. Scheduling is easy with drop-down menus showing only the jobs each employee is qualified to perform in only the time-slots the employee is scheduled work each day. You can set the scheduling increment to anything you need from 1 minute to 24 hours. Old jobs are automatically deleted making room for new ones in this perpetual scheduler.
If your business is open 12 hours a day and 6 days a week and you schedule jobs every 2 hours you can schedule about 4 weeks into the future in this multiple daily job scheduler. Spreadsheets are available for 25, 50 and 100 employees and 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 clients for 1,000 or 2,000 time increments.
