Take your phone, adjust the countdown time, place it near your friend and slowly move away. The final step is to watch your friend as he is jumping out of his chair when he hears the scream. For increased efficiency, gather a few friends to watch the poor guy's face when the phone shouts at him. Guaranteed fun time!

Note: For being able to scream, your phone must have the warning sounds turned on.
