"CHM Editor is a handy WYSIWYG editor for CHM"
CHM Decoder is a package to take the Compiled Windows HTML Help files and decode them back to their original source files. This tool can be used to take older help files or ones where you can no longer find the original documents and effectively reverse engineer the compiled help file to get the original documents back. This is ideal if you wish to make some updates and changes to the help files for a new software version or to fix mistakes or out of date information without having to throw out the whole help file and start over. The package also runs through the command line and can perform batch decompiling actions to decompile several help files simultaneously.
