MaxTo is a windows manager to create areas on a desktop that a given window can then maximize within that. In this way, a single desktop can be split into areas which several applications can occupy in a far easier manner than manually sizing up each application as it is loaded up each time. Runs with programs from regular users and also when run as administrator too. Works fine with programs running under User Account Control. Ideas for system managers but also useful for individuals who would like to open different themed apps in a certain layout each time and not have to do so manually.
