"Live CD antivirus scanner"

Antivirus Live CD is an anti-virus scanner that is essentially its own Linux-based operating system complete with a version of the ClamAV scanner. This can be used on systems that will no longer boot-up possibly because of a virus infection. Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB dongle modems and dial-up internet connectivity is possible when running this 4MLinux fork. Partitions on connected drivers are self-mounting to enable scanning. This includes Linux files systems and ones used within Windows like NTFS and FAT formats. The Antivirus package works with Unetbootin which can help to create a Antivirus Live USB version for thumb drives.

Antivirus Live CD Key Features:

  • Connectivity using Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB dongle modems and dial-up
