HtmlCapture ActiveX Control 2.0 Publisher's description
Taking snapshots of webpages is an often and highly usable programming task. But the general purpose snapshot tools aren't very good for the task. If you want one powerful yet compact solution for the problem which can be used virtually with any programming language, take HtmlCapture.
HtmlCapture ActiveX Control is designed to capture and convert html webpages into images, using the functionality of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. It exports many functions, which can help you to config the snapshot request and customize the output images.
Supported output formats includes JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, BMP, TGA, and PCX. Vector image formats like EMF and WMF are also supported. The output image can be further customized. For example, you can set the method, the compression level, the color depth, or the resolution of any snapshot. Thumbnails of the captured images can also be created.
More than 30 samples written in all kinds of common languages are given to help you start creating your own projects immediately. These languages include Visual C++, C#, Visual Basic, Delphi, C++ Builder, Java, JScript, Perl, VBScript, ASP, ASP.net and PHP.
